A whirlwind tour of the region’s apartment associations included hundreds of vendors and thousands of property management staff participating in the most intense trade show season ever. With a significant amount of crossover to many of the organizations, vendors no sooner packed up their exhibits than they had to rebuild them once again almost immediately. Beginning with DAA and AACP just two days apart in April followed the next week by PMA in Maryland and then on to AAGP, who expanded their event by welcoming CAI, and finally off to AC for NJAA. For those who love the apartment business, it was truly industry heaven.
