In a dramatic return that was originally scheduled to take place in 2006, the National Apartment Association made a triumphant return to New Orleans, the Crescent City on the banks of The Mississippi River, for its annual Education Conference & Exposition. Forced to relocate due to the ravages and catastrophic effects of Hurricane Katrina, more than 4000 members enjoyed all the sights, sounds and flavors for which The Big Easy is identified. Informative education sessions, a huge and valuable trade show, interesting keynote speakers and a plethora of networking opportunities helped to make this year’s production very special. But the true winner is the city itself, demonstrating courage and resilience in recapturing its former glory and helping NAA to create what many have already stated as its best event...ever!
