| To Rich Haydinger, founder of United Communities, it has always been about family, both his own and the one he “adopted”, those who work so closely and seamlessly together with him for the common cause of achieving the company’s goals. The organization he has built continues to grow and raise the bar with a team of people who are extremely cohesive and professional. But it was his compassion for the families of those in the military that served as the original motivation to become involved in this project, the development of housing at McGuire Air Force Base and Fort Dix. He wanted to improve the quality of life for the many who sacrifice so much. He wanted to build homes for heroes. |
